CMAT is central management aptitude Entrance test taken by Tribhuvan University. Every student who want to start BBA/BIM/BHM/BTTM Programme in colleges affiliated to Tribhuvan University must pass the CMAT entrance test conducted by Faculty of Management of TU. Applicants must get minimum score 40 out of 100 in order to pass CMAT test. After that interview is conducted for shortlisted applicant for selection of in respective B-school. Students must have minimum of 45% marks at +2 inorder to appear for CMAT entrance test. The standard pattern for CMAT include mainly four section. That is Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and General Awareness. Twenty five (25) questions containing twenty five mark (25) is equally distributed in these four section of CMAT where full mark is hundred (100).
